Shipping Terms & Conditions
We ONLY ship to the 48 Continental US states. We ship via USPS Priority Mail for Live Cultures and Standard Shipping (5-7 Days) for Merch.
Weather & Temps
Currently, we only ship when the weather is suitable to ship live cultures. This means that we only sell during certain parts of the year:(Spring-Fall). If your weather is not suitable for shipping live animals please wait to order.
Shipping Times
Live Cultures are shipped every Monday to help ensure that packages won't stay at the post office during weekends. Orders received after Monday 10:00 AM (EST) will ship the following week.
Live Arrival Guarantee
We rarely have problems with our deliveries, but in order to qualify for the Live Arrival Guarantee your order must meet these qualifications:
- The Weather in your area must not exceed 90 Degrees Fahrenheit or be below 40 Degrees Fahrenheit.
- You must photograph any live cultures that are dead on arrival and send photos to AquaticDelights@gmail.com within 2 hours of receiving the package.
- Your checkout address MUST match where I am shipping to.
